“Were Not Our Hearts Burning?”

"Were not our hearts burning..." Our Lord's heart was pierced so that we may feel this love burn within our hearts. We love because we were first loved. During these times of self-isolation and pandemic we must share this love with others all the more. Let us reach out to those who have no one to care for them. Let us reach out to a friend who is struggling. Let us reach out to a friend or loved one with whom we had a falling out. Christ's heart was pierced so that our hearts may burn, and our hearts burn for that others' hearts may burn too. Love conquers all.
